Balance Your Body
Your Body Remembers (cellular memory)
Take a moment to reflect on all the emotions you have experienced throughout your life.
Fear, grief, betrayal, shame, guilt, humiliation, and so forth.
When we experience painful emotions we also feel it in our body.
For example:
If you feel you have done something wrong, or received shocking news, that feeling is stored in your stomach. Your stomach might tighten or flip or become queasy.
If you are grieving, or if someone has betrayed you, those feelings are stored in your heart. Your heart might feel heavy, or even ache.
Since most of our trauma can be traced back to our childhood when we were young and had not yet acquired emotional intelligence, nor the coping mechanisms necessary to properly release our painful emotions. We ignored our emotions, and stuffed and stored them into our memory bank and physical bodies.
As we revisit past traumatic experiences, bringing them to the surface to heal and let go, we are not only releasing them from our mind and emotional bodies, we are simultaneously releasing them from our physical bodies as well.
Since the mind, body and spirit are connected it is incredibly important to take excellent care of your body as you do this healing work.
On this page I will share some wonderful tools and tips I use to help my body release pain, and to balance my mind, body and spirit.
Doing this work will have you feeling incredible in no time, all those aches and pains in your body will go away, as you release the memories and feelings associated with it.
Keep going, stay committed to yourself, you are doing fantastic!
