My words change as the moon waxes and wanes.
A little kingdom I possess, where thoughts and feelings dwell;
and very hard, the task I find of governing it well.
– L.M. Alcott

We begin our journey by traveling back in time to meet and listen to our inner child. We will Release our repressed emotions and have compassion for what she/he has been through. We will allow ourselves to feel and honor the pain and then let it go.
The trauma you endured was not your fault.
You are loved.
At times you will encounter very powerful and deeply rooted emotions, that feel like a tsunami within. Such strong emotion can have you asking yourself if you can handle the intensity, such as the shock of loosing your foundation, or the primal sting of rejection. These intense emotions will test your inner peace. Although an inner storm is very tumultuous and can take time to process, it is these inner storms where we have the opportunity to grow and transform the most.

After working with our inner children, and transcending powerful emotion, we reach the next level of maturity.
We realize we are not victims.
We take our power back from our primary abusers and we learn to protect ourselves by setting healthy boundaries.

"The biggest wall you have to climb is the one you build in your mind: Never let your mind talk you out of your dreams, trick you into giving up. Never let your mind become the greatest obstacle to success. To get your mind on the right track, the rest will follow." ― Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart

“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” – Carl Jung
Einstein famously said: "Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand."

"Whatever we plant in the subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become reality"
-Earl Nightingale-

In the depth of winter, I finally learned
that there was in me, an invincible summer.
– Albert Camus
